SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICIES
SHIPPING:
- All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Post Office)
- All orders are shipped within 3 days of receipt of payment
- Our experience with shipping time from Hawaii is as follows: To the West Coast is 2 to 3 days. To the East Coast 4 to 7 days. Expect slower delivery times during busy holiday seasons.
- We will do our best to honor requested delivery dates by customers but we will not guarantee it. If you must have an item within 3 days we suggest using Express Mail
RETURN POLICY:
- Customer must notify us within 7 days of receipt of goods of any returns or exchanges
- Customer must call and request an RA Number (Return Authorization Number)
- Item returned must be in resalable condition: no wear and tear
- Custom orders are not returnable
- Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. In the case of exchanges MyHawaiian Sarongs.com will pay for shipping back to the customer
- A 15% restocking fee may be assessed on all return items
- Refunds will be made immediately upon inspection of returned items
